Language‐Based Skills

Why have this training?

  • To focus on one or more of the four skills (reading, writing, speaking and listening) needed most by a client. Concentrating exclusively on a particular skill optimizes the company's cost benefit ratio.

Who is it aimed at?

People in your company whose use of language focuses on one, or more, of the above mentioned skills.

Example: An assistant who communicates primarily with foreign colleagues or customers by e-mail would take the e-mail course.

Example: A technician who will attend an international conference would benefit most from the listening course.
